When you use AXIOM Builder or submit our build intake form, we may collect:

• Business information you provide: business name, app name, business description, industry/niche, and any notes or special requests you enter.
• Contact information: email address and/or phone number, if you provide it through the intake form.
• Branding assets: any logo image you upload during the demo-building process.
• Design preferences: colors, themes, and feature selections you choose while building your demo.
• Payment information: payments are handled entirely by Bluevine, a third-party payment processor. We do not receive, store, or have access to your full card number or banking details.

We do not require you to create an account or provide sensitive personal information (government ID numbers, health information, financial account numbers) to use AXIOM Builder or request a build.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you provide solely to:

• Generate your app demo and understand what you want built.
• Build, deliver, and support the application you've ordered.
• Communicate with you about your order, including confirmations, updates, and delivery.
• Improve AXIOM Builder and our general build process.

We do not sell your information to third parties. General design patterns and code structures may be reused across clients, but your specific business content, branding, and identity are not shared with or repurposed for other clients.

3. Third-Party Services

We rely on the following third-party services to operate New Era Apps. Each has its own privacy practices:

• Bluevine — payment processing
• Netlify — hosting for our intake form and some client demo sites
• Vercel — hosting for AXIOM Builder
• Anthropic — powers the AI that generates your app demo based on the information you provide
• Resend — transactional email delivery, where applicable

4. Data Retention

We retain the information you submit for as long as reasonably necessary to complete your build, provide ongoing support (for Monthly Care subscribers), and maintain business records. If you'd like your information removed after your build is complete and delivered, you can request this by emailing us.

5. Cookies and Analytics

Our website and tools may use basic analytics to understand traffic and usage patterns. We do not use this data to build individual advertising profiles, and we do not run third-party ad targeting on our own properties.

6. Children's Privacy

New Era Apps and AXIOM Builder are intended for business use by adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

7. Your Choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of the information you've submitted to us by emailing rankbotaiapp@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.
